Mountain Meadow

You can almost hear the trickle of the little creek in this peaceful, high mountain meadow.

Painted in Oil on Masonite.
 

Flower Bed


This mother doe and her fawn are lying down in a bed of Lupine, Indian Paintbrush and Arrowleaf Balsamroot.

Painted on a high quality (Arches cold pressed, 140lb, cotton), watercolor paper that has been mounted on 1/4-inch hardboard using Golden acrylic gel medium.

 

Lupine and Warbler


This larger than life floral of Lupine is paired with a little warbler.
It's immense detail puts you in the middle of these beautiful purple flowers.

Painted in Acrylic on Masonite.

 

A Feast for the Eyes


This original painting titled" A Feast for the Eyes" features a colorful Mountain Ash tree loaded with crimson berries. I saw this tree full of American Robins, gorging themselves on the fruit. The historic cabin which belonged to the famed Joaquin Miller, and is part of the Grant County Museum in Canyon City Oregon.

Bobcat


This Bobcat is sitting in the cottonwoods triumphant over his catch.

It is an original painted in acrylic on a high quality (Arches cold pressed, 140lb, cotton), watercolor paper that has been mounted on 1/4-inch hardboard using Golden acrylic gel medium.

 

Fields Peak Bull Elk




This majestic bull elk is bedded down beneath the protection
of an old Juniper tree, as a snow storm approaches.
In the distance is featured the Eastern Oregon landmark, Field's Peak.

Painted with acrylic paint on watercolor paper which has been mounted on Masonite board.

 

Edge of the Briar



This original, little cottontail painting is titled "Edge of the Briar".

Painted on a high quality (Arches cold pressed, 140lb, cotton), watercolor paper that has been mounted on 1/4-inch hardboard using Golden acrylic gel medium.

A delightful combination of beauty,

this fine art print with thistle and butterfly is signed and numbered from a limited edition of 180.


 

Winter Wren


A little Wren sits on top a thistle on a cold winter's day. The original was painted with acrylic on watercolor paper.
