Physical Products
US Shipping Only
Due to the difficulties and turmoil in the world today, Stinnett Sticks cannot guarantee the safety and timely delivery of physical goods shipped internationally, because of this, we are only shipping physical products within the USA at this time.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are open to international sales.
Digital products purchased from stinnettsticks.com are non refundable. Please contact us if you have any trouble downloading your purchase.
Purchase Processing
Payments from our “Shop” are processed through Squareup and digital products are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Transactions are subject to the policies of these companies.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All sales of physical merchandise and digital products are final. Stinnett Sticks does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Shipments include tracking, and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. Please contact us if you have any problems with your delivery.
Sales that are made through other vendors including Teespring, Fine Art America, Pixels, Amazon, Treeline and Squareup, are subject to the terms and conditions of each respective company.
In Case of Damage During Shipping
Stinnett Sticks cannot be held responsible or liable for what happens to merchandise after it has been delivered to a shipment facility such as USPS or UPS. However, shipments are insured for damage during shipping. If your purchase arrives damaged, please do your best to document the damage with photos of the product and its packaging. The amount of refund issued will be determined by the insurance company. In the case that it is determined to be a total loss and a full refund, not including shipping, is to be issued, the insurance company may require the buyer to show proof of total destruction of the item.
